Comment: Just think, when Halle's 50, her daughter will be 8! At least Halle will be looking in her 30s, if she got good genes on the black side of her family. I still can't get over she didn't go to father's funeral. That will come back to haunt her some day. I don't care what, go to your parent's funeral!

Comment: WordUp, the Christian in me wouldn't hesitate to agree with your comment about Halle not attending her dad's funeral. But I am still human and I ain't mad at Halle. From what I've read and heard from Halle in interviews, he was abusive to her, her sis and mom and God only knows how that's left Halle damaged. Heck, when I think about my relationship...or lack thereof with my own dad, if he were to die tomorrow, I'd really, REALLY have to think about whether or not I'd wanna attend his funeral. <> Dang shulamite, I didn't know Paula and Robin were expecting. Sorry to hear about their child.

Comment: What is the big deal about Halle's man? He appears to be stable, working, treats her with respect and is around for the long haul. He is also a cutie with a beautiful smile.
I do not believe she gave up on brothas. A person can not help who they attracted to and besides, brothas have been doing it for centuris as far back as Frederick Douglass - so get it over folx and step outside the comfort zone.
