He did it at the 2005 BET Awards to Eva Pigford, he did it at the 2008 BET Awards to Jennifer Hudson. Going so far as to stare shamelessly at Jennifer's breasts.
I don't know if it was okay because these were "black" award shows and the ALMAs are a latino show and it offended them that he was flirting publicly with one of their own???
Either way, Terrence needs to tone it down...he's treading on thin ice.
