Comment: This is quite surprising. The club was real cool when I went there this past May. Everything seemed to be running fine. It was probably the location. The Palazzo is an upscale hotel/casino. I know that place probably had it's moments there with young black kids.

Comment: >TesticAl: If that's true, then it's a shame that "young Black kids" (if they're old enough to be in a club, they aren't THAT young), can't conduct themselves better in public.

Comment: jazzfan you would be surprised. Maybe I shouldn't have said kids. I should have said young adults. People act a damn fool in Las Vegas. The liquor is cheap and plentiful. Besides, that club attracts a hip hop crowd since Hov is affiliated with it. There wasn't any problems when I went, I was just assuming that might be one of the reasons for the club closing.

Comment: Las Vegas is all Mafia. And if you want anything in there town you have to pay what is called a tribute. Maybe he didn't think it was feasible.... just a thought! 1!

Comment: yes you are right about the town, its fun, but just little too controlled behind the scenes, which may be the reason for 40/40 to open/close so fast. JayZ is smart enough to get out while he can. Funny though, it would seem the ideal location, but there's always a high price to pay. Hindsight is 20/20.
