Comment: 'Ship I've had a couple of her recipes and fo'sho the woman knows what she's doing - food is so good it could be addictive. Woman doesn't cut corners trying to save a few pounds, one just has to watch portion size if that's a concern.

Comment: I luv me some Paula too. Down home Southern cooking. She definitely won't skimp on the butter or mayonaise. She cooks real food and luvs to eat. Just look at her and her family...that's what I'm talking about. Eat REAL foods, but in moderation (and exercise). I hate low/non fat, sugar free foods. Rather have the real thing even if I have to cut back on the portion size. Michelle O looks like she loves to eat too. Not meaning she is fat just that I love people who enjoy good food.
Must remember to watch that episode.
