I'm not really one to get in folks' private affairs, but I gotta say if it turns out AKeys was dealing with this married man, ie if she and this SwissBeatz (what kind of name is that anyway?) come out as a couple after his divorce is final, she will have lost A LOT of respect, at least from me. I don't care what the circumstances are, I just have never been able to condone folks going with married people. Even in real life, I've found men especially are surprised when they find I don't get down like that, and I always find myself 1)feeling disrespected like do I have "home-wrecking whore" written on my forehead or something? lol and 2) disappointed that so many people think so little of their marriages. *Sigh*

Comment: I think the REAL issue is that if Keys worked with him on music BEFORE he and his wife split and then end up dating, not many women will believe that it only started after the breakup. It doesn’t mean it had to be sexual, but flirting in the studio, spending time together when not necessary. I remember when J.Lo and Marc Anthony got together, they had been working together for years and his wife was %*$!ed because she felt they were emotionally cheating right under her nose. You think your man is at work producing music with an artist and then end up dating the artist after you separate any spouse would be suspect..

MediaTakeOut.com just spoke with a person close to the situation who claims that Swizz Beatz suspects that Mashonda may have not been 100% faithful in the marriage.
The insider, who asked to remain anonymous, claims that for many months Swizz suspected that Mashonda may have been up to no good. The insider explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "Swizz would find suspicious text messages on Mashonda's phone, and she would take sudden unannounced trips to Atlanta to meet with producer Bryce Wilson (from the group Groove Theory)."
And it gets worse, the insider claims that now that Mashonda and Swizz are separated, she's officially dating Bryce. The tispter told MediaTakeOut.com, "It's very suspicious, Mashonda and Bryce were just 'hanging out' when she was together with Swizz and now they're dating. I'm not buying it."
Oh man ... we knew this was getting juicy ... but this is CRAZY!!!

The mess has hit the fan. Earlier today we reported a story that suggested that Mashonda may have carried on a relationship with singer/producer Bryce Wilson from the group Groove Theory. Well Mashonda's rep offered this EXPLOSIVE response to our story:
As far as [Mashonda's] alleged involvement with Bryce Wilson, that is a total fabricated, and false rumor. She has no type of inappropriate relationship with Bryce Wilson going on in any way now, or at anytime during she and Swizz's marriage. She and Swizz are still legally married. Mashonda has no intentions of having any extramarital affairs during her marriage, no matter what else might be going on in the media surrounding her marriage.
These recent allegations made by Swizz's team are only for the sole purposes of discrediting Mashonda and ultimately trying to save face for Swizz and his girlfriend Alicia Keys.
Mashonda has in no way spoken about anything with any media outlet, as she's been instructed not to by her legal team, but furthermore [Mashonda was] threatened financially and physically by Swizz if she does speak.
Bryce Wilson is highly upset that he's being included in this family drama, and is personally reaching out to Swizz and his team to dissolve these vicious rumors.

Comment: I love A. Keys music, I think that she is a great performer and singer, BUT if this is true (of her breaking up their marriage) it's not a good look for her. The last thing she wants to be known for is a "home wrecker" NO WOMAN SHOULD WANT TO BE KNOWN AS THAT. Although Swizz and his wife may have had their problems (all couples do)Keys should have played the background until the ink was dry on the divorce papers or at least not been so outward with their relationship. Even if she didn;t break up their marriage there is a certain amount of respect that Keys should give to not only Mashonda (because ultimately she is still his wife and the mother of his 1 year old son) but also herself too. As I said no woman should want to be known as the homewrecker. And the fact of the matter is that 'they are still married' and really it could go either way. Keys is taking him on world tours and spending money up the a$$ to throw him parties, and calling him her "boo" but what if he decides to go back to his wife.... she has put so much time into this man and if he goes back to his wife she (keys) is probably going to be devastated. Keys needs to remember "the way you get is the ways you lose them."

Comment: Although, I think it would have been best for Alicia to stay clear until Swizz was divorced, it may be that there was no relationship until after he separated and his separation had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Alicia, he just found love in the arms of someone else AFTER his marriage was emotionally over and his wife is just playing the usual blame the girlfriend game. Swizz wasn't helping by not leaving the home altogether but maybe he was there for his son. I am not ruling anything out but some of this seems like 'Mon what's her face' is a little mad cause Swizz don't want her no more and is trying to bring the successful Alicia down a peg.
Again, though, Alicia should have told Swizz, catch me up when you are divorced, I have a solid reputation to protect but love is love. I say if they truly love each other, Swizz needs to get his divorce and he and Alicia need to just ride it out, soon enuff people will accept them.
This is the same thang that went down w/ Angelina and Brad P. Brad swears he and Jenn were emotionally although not legally done before he and Angie hit it off. Now, they are a beloved American couple. Blacks are just less forgiving...

Comment: Kattgrrl... not disagreeing w/ you but you look at how the media is trying to savage Britneys and Lindseys careers, etc. Kelly will NOT have the level of success he had, partly cause he is crazy & & his music is wack but partly cause he has lost a lot of female fans.
All in all, Alicia does great thangs w/ her charitable organizations/efforts in NY and Africa and in betw. She is a great vocalist and her personal loves shouldn't overshadow that. Kelly committed a crime! What Alicia may be doing although, it's the act of a 'Superwoman', it's not a crime!
The media and peeps like us on this comment board are just too much in these peeps business these days. The entertainers of old ran so much dirt in their personal lives but it didn't affect their tour/album sales cause they were able to keep their junk private for the most part. These celebrities today are under to harsh of a microscope. Alicia is 27, how many mistakes do people make in their 20s!! She may live to regret this but it shouldn't deminish her talent.
