Comment: I simply hate when right wingers totally mislead people on the stem cell debate. Of course there has been more success with adult sterm cells to date, the research has a 20 year head start on that of embryoic stem cells, it doesn't mean there isn't great potential, research takes time. Then they talk about the sanctity of life, but they don't tell people that embryoic stem cells are gathered from fertility clinics who would basically flush them otherwise. So somehow in their minds it's better to flush them down the toilet than to use them for research that have the potential of savings lives. Talk about hypocrisy. It has nothing to do with sanctity of life and everything with wanting to control what people do.
