Comment: Maybe Marilyn can pass Neyo some hair to put over that serious baldy he's afraid to rock...LOL

Name: MOTHERSHIP
Comment: Yeah, Ne-Yo's gonna make his soggy azz relevant again.

Name: Southernbelle
Comment: Marilyn Manson?!?!?! I don't know about that Ne-Yo. This Manson guy really scares me. If this song ain't a hit he might put an evil curse on you.

Name: Bad_Kitty
Comment: I think Ne-Yo can do it. At least he will be original and won't have to SAMPLE to make a hit, like Puffy.

Name: queeniebunz
Comment: I think he could do it. You'd be surprised the people who have written hits for people that you wouldn't even know. The Bee Gees have written a lot for a lot of current pop stars, and R&B stars, to my knowledge. And Dolly Parton wrote "I Will Always Love You" - the song that boosted Whitney Houston's career even more at the time she did "Body Guard".

Name: queeniebunz
Comment: The Bee Gees wrote and produced for artists such as Barbra Streisand, Olivia Newton John, Dionne Warwick, Diana Ross and Kenny Rogers, including Rogers' multi-million seller and U.S. #1 hit with Dolly Parton, "Islands in the Stream" - and they even wrote for Destiny's Child. Wow. - all of that to say that if a group of mates from Down Under can produce for 3 lil black chicks from Texas, anything can be done!

Name: MOTHERSHIP
Comment: Don't sleep, when it comes to writing songs...Ne-Yo handles his business fo' sho.

Name: Gurlfrand
Comment: I like Marilyn's song "the beautiful people."

Name: Bad_Kitty
Comment: Gurlfrand: I do also.

Name: Cappaucino
Comment: I think Neyo can do it too, I think the collabo would be hot! Walk this way anyone? :0)

Name: lovebites
Comment: i would pay to be the fly on that wall in the studio. they are both talented. i also like the song the beautiful people.

Name: musbdherbs
Comment: unh hunh..Manson called that azz out! Ne-Yo writing for Manson? Nah can't see it. Ne-Yo hasn't (at least I think) done much outside of the usual R&B schtick. Maroon 5..yes. Manson...uhmmmmmm

Name: MzTee
Comment: musb...don't count old boy out, yet. Just because he hasn't written anything, that we know of, outside of the R&B genre doesn't mean he can't. Sometimes you've got to go outside of your comfort zone to really expand yourself in whatever field you're in. If Ne-Yo is a songwriter in the traditional sense, he should have no problem writing for anyone. I look forward to the collabo.

Name: TesticAl
Comment: If Ne-Yo does write a song for Marilyn Manson, good for him. Get that money! I know I won't listen to it though. That genre of music isn't on my radar.

Name: Gurlfrand
Comment: Don't know it 'till you try it, TA - open your mind - you do for other things..............

Name: unclekipper
Comment: hey brother, be careful where you take your gift!

Name: iclaudius
Comment: Queenie you make a really good point as usual... but I don't think the Bee Gees wrote or produced that song for Destiny's Child. "Emotions" was written in by the BG's in the mid 70's for an artist named Samantha Song. It was recorded by her and then the BG's also recorded it and released it as one of their own singles.

Name: laedeekat
Comment: I'll have to agree with the poster who commented that sometimes a writer has to go out of their comfort zone. I believe Neyo could pull this off; he's very talented.

Name: laedeekat
Comment: On top of the fact, Ne-yo doesn't come cheap. Get that money!

Name: BigBlackRod
Comment: And here I thought I was unique when I pump "The Beautiful People" in the Jimmy! There was a record a few years back that paired country singers with old school R&B stars, you know Gladys Knight and Travis Tritt and so on, and it showed me that country ain't nothing but hardcore soul music with steel guitars in it. I still can't listen to it though...PEACE.
