Comment: That's really messed up. It seems pretty straight forward to me. Its not like it is so complicated and that he needs advisers and what not for input. Sheeesh! Its not a terrorist bill that he is putting into law. My 2 cents.

Comment: No worries...y'all. It'll make it back to the state capitol in Sacramento. It may have been vetoed this time, but we in Cali know this is good legislation that should be law and it will eventually be passed. And the hope is that it will spread to other states as well.
