Comment: I really enoyed his show on TV One and I really miss it. I do feel that it had ran it's course there a bit as I felt that they didn't have the right producers nor finances to keep the show fresh and interesting. I can't understand why he hasn't been picked-up by Food Network. Hel they have the annoying as "Nelly's" there, so surely there should be a place for G. Garv to "make it rain!"

Comment: @Touch26.. I agree with you 150%. G. is ok, however, there was times, when I just felt I was looking at LL Cool J. Sounds Crazy huh? My Sister had visited his Cafe in LA about 4 years ago. She said the food was nice, a bit pricey but you were paying for the Atmosphere, in which was so relaxing. The spot didn't last long. Now as for the Nelly's, they the Hubby is cool. But the Wife is just so Gina! Every Gina I know is awfully Loud and always had a wad of gum in her mouth poppin it.

Comment: It's the Neelys! LOL! Gina has toned down her brashness a tad though. Her voice reminded me of Sarah "idiot" Palin, I stopped watching after a minute because I couldn't take that loud twang. I saw their show where they travel and she's come down a lot off the screechin'. Pat is cool though.

Comment: I like G. Garvin I also wished he was on the food network, that way his great work can get more exposure. I agree with you all 'bout the Neelys they can be annoying at times. Both of them gets on my nerves,Pat always gets his loud mouth wife started.

Comment: one thing I do like is the fact that it's definitely a family show. I really like Pat's brother, the big boned one, with the ponytail. I think his name is Tony? Something about him. Just something about him. hehehehehehehe

Comment: Mothership... G. Garvin don't kinda remind you of LL Cool J? As for Gina's Brother in Law.. He's successful in his own right. I believe they have 3 or 4 eating spots. He manages one with his Son who is a Chef in his own right. Now don't get me wrong. I like the show.. But that whole Spice Fairy thing has played out!

Comment: BKLYNVIAMAHATTAN...I am so glad you brought it up. I tell my mother all the time that G. Garvin is just a darker, albeit rounder/shorter, LL (LOL). You are so NOT alone in that thought. G is alright. He sometimes got on my nerves, but I can't front on his success. I like the concept of the bootcamps. I wish him continued success.
