Comment: How are you going to condemn a man to death if you're not ABSOULTELY sure he committed this murder? But for a whole what, year and a half they let this young white mother run around scott free after killing her daughter, Calidee lied about it, stole shyt, forged shyt a bounty hunter even posted bail for this heffa only for her to perpetrate another fraud while on bail. In addtion to the fact they had forensic evidence of the fact that ol' girl had a decomposing body in the trunk of her car. Justice, ain't truly blind.

Comment: Mothership, I co-sign on your above post. As I stated yesterday, I do not believe in capital punishment at all! As evidence of this case is why. 7 of the 9 witnesses have recanted their stories! Surely, this fact alone should warrant a fresh look at the evidence and testimony. This is truly sad! Quite franly, the death penalty is nothing more than state sanctioned murder itself! I'm too through with the out come of the case. God Bless Troy Davis!

Comment: Now, ya'll know that he is a BLACK man accused of killing a WHITE man, a Police officer at that in Georgia. We all know that this man will not get a fair shake or have someone take a second look at his case unless someone big steps in on his behalf and somehow implores the powers that be to take a second look. These types of things have happened to many, many of our Brothers. It is absolutely sickening.

Comment: lilmocc...how much bigger do you have to be than an ex-president and the Pope? If anything he probably needs Alan Dershowitz or Morris Dees to get involved as those two men have had pretty good success in cases like this. But, ITA with MOTHERSHIP...I don't see how the judge could deny his appeal when 7 out 9 witnesses have recanted their testimony. Nothing less than a new trial is a miscarriage of justice. Keeping the faith for Mr. Davis.
