Name: MOTHERSHIP
Comment: I don't why they didn't get clearance first, then kept it pushin'.

Name: Kulchaman
Comment: ay that's why we need 2 keep hip-hop, hip-hop, own clothing line, etc..no fusion from the outsiders, i mean you really promoting them by wearing & buying their apparel..cut them off !

Name: MOTHERSHIP
Comment: Kulchaman, basically! Hell, rep your own shyt if you gotta go through all them changes.

Name: Bad_Kitty
Comment: That goes to show "they" do not want their products associated with hip hop (all that free publicity?!). Seriously though, I can't much blame them. LV and Gucci has been ghetto-fied enough. I personally never thought the LV or Gucci brands were classy anyway.

Name: Calidee
Comment: I never did understand why rappers keep giving free publicity to companies that don't care about them or Black people.

Name: adifferentpath
Comment: > agreed. LV and Gucci look ugly to me anyways. don't give no free promos away. advertising somebody else's brand.

Name: NYCsoul
Comment: I can't believe these rappers are still repping LV and Gucci. I feel like I'm in the 80s again. LOL!

Name: TesticAl
Comment: NYCsoul, Gucci will be around forever. I know what you mean though, I grew up in the '80s and I remember a lot of people rockin' the brand proudly. People out here in Cali rock Gucci like it's nothing, the majority of it is counterfeit. You see a bich on the bus stop "supposedly" carrying a $1500 Gucci purse. Shyt doesn't make any sense. LOL!

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Kulchaman you have to remember we are in Eurland. A lot of older people on this board HATE IT WHEN A RAPPER/Anyone brings out another clothing line. They absolutely hate it. The rap scene cannot win "here" at all.

Name: lilmocc
Comment: I don't know why these folks keep glorifying the same brands that do NOT want them wearing, buying or pushing their brands. Why not just "Swing Ya Rag" no matter who its made by or get clearance first as MOTHER stated above. Sheesh. Keep it movin' T.I. - create a Grand Hustle clothing line, make some scarves and swang them in the video. LOL

Name: NYCsoul
Comment: TA> Of course LV and Gucci were bootlegged to the hilt. Whatever happened to Cross Colors? Karl Kani? Maybe if we had kept supporting them, they'd still be in business?

Name: oshun
Comment: those companies have every right to protect their brand and NOT allow t.i. to use any of their trade marks, symbols or likenesses in his creative works without permission. i know i'd do the same thing, considering his reputation. one's brand is all one has, after all!

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Oshun I agree with you. That's why I didn't comment on that and I'm a T.I. fan. As you stated, the company has every right not to allow T.I. to use their stuff without permission. NYCsoul, did you say Cross Colours? WOW! LMMFAO! That takes me back. I wanted just a t-shirt back then and moms was like no! She said "Bwoy, you look like bee wearing deh shirt like that". LOL!

Name: HoneyMack
Comment: nycsoul, Karl Kani is still in bizness I hipped my 14 yr old to it. If my boys want name brand it has 2 be our peeps. Fubu, GUnit, Sean Jean, Phat Farm etc

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Are you serious HoneyMack? Don't do that to your kids. All of the clothing lines you mentioned are terrible minus Sean Jean and some of that gear is trash. FUBU is the worse of them all. Your kids will be laughed at to hell for rockin' some FUBU. Question, where the hell do you buy FUBU gear anyway? LMMFAO!
