Comment: NIGHTSHIFT.. You don't know that. From wht I understand she WAS working. She went to work and got a check and found out it was garnished b/c that man hadn't paid the bills. She WAS married to him. Besides since when was leaving your son with his grandma and uncle a crime. My sister does it ofetn, and my newphews love being with an adoring grandma and uncle. You are way off on this. Lord the woman just had 3 people taken from her. Even if she was with another man it's just plain wrong, and blaming her is cruel.

Comment: Nightshift for some reason I believe that the boy stayed with the grandmother anyway. I do not believe he lived with Julia. Anyway how can you not know that you check is garnished. They present the paper to you before hand and she should have known that her check would be short because of this. Ther is no way thta on the day that she picked up her check that she did not know her wages would be affected. You are notified befoe hand. A place where I was employed at I was responsible for opening the mail and distributing it to the different departments and believe me the first step if you ar employed is that they will have someone from the court house come to your job and hand deliver you the summons about the garnishement is to start and you do have to sign for it. It have on their the information about the garnishment. They send one to the job to human resourses to instruct them to take a percentage of your income until the money is paid out. Ther is no way that she found out that morning that her check was shorter. She knew trust me and I hope thta it did not have her that mad that she resulted to something that might have been the reason that 3 of her family members are dead.

Comment: @xavixavi.. I'm quite sure she knew that eventually her check would be garnished. There is no way in the world that she didn't get any notice. She can say whatever! Jennifer offered her Mother a new house any where in the world but just for her Mother and the Nephew! Her Mother had practically raised that boy! The Mother declined, which a lot of Mother's do. They are set in their ways, and comfortable with what they have so Jen bought her a new car to get around in and her mother had available cash if she needed it. Julia and her Brother wanted Jen to move the whole family. Jen declined! Stating that they were grown and had to fen for themrselves, which is understandable considering the circumstances that are now surfacing. They were closed knit, but like all families, once the front door is locked and the porch light is off, you never know what goes on behind closed doors. Now, she lost 3 of the closest people to her, If this doesn't open her eyes, nothing else will. Besides, I believe if her Mother was the best thing that ever happened to Julian. He was a child that needed a different approach so to speak. She was married to him. That speaks for itself. Let's see if Jen moves her out West! As for her constant posting on My Space... give it a break!

But the truth also is that Jennifer, her mother and brother even thought the thug was okay to let him move in. Having seen the picture of Jennifer and the killer together holdin her Oscar, that nygga killed three Hudson family members because he couldn't get back "in" with the family of a famous person. They kicked out the killer last winter. The passage of time did nothing except make that fool's blood boil that he couldn’t longer associate with Jennifer. I believe if Jennifer had no fame and fortune, that nygga wouldn't have killed her family even if they did put him out. It is Jennifer’s celebrity that motivated the killings, damn talk about car payments. But Julia looks triflin to me. She looks fake. She kinda reminded me of Susan Smith after she went on tv lyin about killin her two sons. I think somewhere in that heffa Julia’s mind she saw herself as gettin some limelight attention by goin on tv after such a tragedy. I wouldn’t be thinkin about no tv!

Comment: And I'm sure Jennifer Hudson loves her sister, but they are like day and night. You know a little sibling jealousy has got to exist on Julia's part. Jennifer is very pretty. She born with the talent to get where she is. But uh, Julia? She had to play her cards with the likes of Killer Balfour. And apparently Julian's father wanted to get gone and wouldn't marry Julia. I know first hand what it's like to be the more attractive sister between two sisters. I don't have a good relationship with my sister today because she's always been jealous-hearted since we were litte girls. Now that Jennifer has only her sister, she may want to keep in touch, but odds are that Jennifer will feel resentful toward Julia's big azz and may keep her distance after the funerals. Very sad story for Jennifer Hudson. I truly feel for her.

Comment: I spent a long time at Julia's myspace page, looking at the photo slide in particular. As an adult, I don't understand the fascination with myspace but after looking at Julia's page, I see why. While some folks are there to network and cyber socialize (if you will), some folks are needy and need attention. Julia strikes me as one of those people. Like someone mentioned earlier, I find it odd that she updated her blog section of her myspace page but has pics of the man who is alleged to wiping out 3 members of her family, especially her 7 year old son. It seems to me that Julia wants to ride her sis' coattails as a means of attracting attention to herself. It looks like the police is bidding their time until all the funeral arrangements are carried out before making any arrests. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that somebody would shoot a child multiple times. How evil could this person have been to do something like that?

Comment: When I first saw Julia's news conference, I saw low self esteem written all over her. She was desperate for some attention any attention, and it didn't matter where or who it came from and that is so pathetic. I think the reason why she got on myspace, is because Jennifer probably isn't talkig to and ignoring her trifling azz. I still feel bad for Julia's lost behind, but I also feel in some way, that she's as guilty as her husband, in the slayings of her family. Good dick as she stated as her weakness, should not make her want to lay down with a convicted felon, who was jailed because of attempted murder and then going on to marry that fool/clown. Julia obviously doesn't have a life, and needed to find herself some business, from some kind of where. She probably was jealous in some way or another of younger more beautiful/talented sister. If she needed help to lose some weight, so that she could feel better about herself, then I'm sure Jennifer and her family would have supported her. She is a poster child, for all the over weight and unhappy women like herself who make dumb decisions because of their own lack of self respect. Julia probably wasn't getting any attention because of size, and the first free loading/criminal thug, that said anything to her, caused her to lose her rabbit %*$ mind. If she is in fact involved in anyway with the murders of her family, she ought to be thrown to the dogs like that monster of a husband of her's. I hope Jennifer's fian'cee David, can help her to get through this horrible/painful tragedy. It is really easy to call out another person's poor judgements and mistakes because it is not you. The hatred you carry in your heart towards this woman is no worse than the killer who murdered her family. It is okay to be angry and upset, because I definitely am. There are alot of questions that need to be answered. This woman and Jennifer have lost their family and I am sure a day will not go by where both of them will blame themselves for this. It is not Julia's fault, it's the person's fault who pulled the trigger. They made that poor decision and they will be judged for it. I cannot imagine the pain they are feeling right now. Think about the painful events and unresolved situations that have occurred in your lives that would cause you to be so callous towards this woman. Surely you would not want the coldness of the heart of that murderer to seep into your own hearts. It happens so subtly that you won't even realized that coldness is there. He/they are not worth it. Please love yourselves and tell your loved ones that you love them everyday. Everyday. The fact that some of us still have this chance is truly a blessing. Unfortunately for the Hudson sisters, they won't have that chance anymore.

This past Saturday, she logged into Balfour's MySpace page. He hadn't logged into it since June, but she felt the need to log into his page while he's in the slam. I will pray for God to keep Jennifer strong throughout this entire ordeal. She is going to be devastated when her Sister is implicated and is dragged off to jail.

There is 24 hours in a day. When you are grieving the lost of a loved one at some point you want, maybe even need, to do something "normal".
Sometimes you just get tired of crying. Instead of "killing themselves" some people will go to work, go shopping or do something they enjoy just to get their minds off of the pain for a short period. This doesn't mean they don't care. It means that they are trying to deal with their pain.
For many people, writing brings them comfort. Some people write in diaries or journals. Today people are using Myspace and blogs as their journals or diaries.
If you pay attention to what she has written, it sounds exactly like someting someone would write in a journal.

Comment: OMG....I'm so glad to be reading some of these post, because I was feeling the same way about Julia, and I felt bad that I would think like that. When I read her MySpace page, I thought oh she's a hot damn mess....especially her weakness being: GOOD DICK...WTF? That showed me she was low rent and vulgar. And then the answers about popping out her Mother's P***Y....I was speechless. This is a sad situation, but you have these sisters who are jealous all the time when their sisters are prettier and famous (i.e., Hallie Berry, Hillary Duff, Beyonce/Solange, Jessica Simpson/Ashley, etc.), so Julia already has issues form that.
I'm praying for the family, and although I believe Julia brought this drama to the family, she has to live with what her actions has caused. I do believe Jennifer will distance herself from Julia, but I'm sure Julia will now become even more of a VICTIM, and won't Jen to bail her out and help her get a new life. It's so tragic!

Comment: I guess I'm a pushover, but I give Julia some sympathyand compassion. I think she is grieving the loss of her mother and brother and is devastated over the death of her son. There is no specific way that people grieve, and writing out her feelings may be her way. I am also not going to pass judgment on her regarding her playing a part in her son's death other than bringing the wrong man home. I see that as being her biggest mistake. I think she has a lack of self esteem. She may not have seen herself as being worthy of someone without major flaws, especially if she sees herself as having major flaws. Truthfully, next to her sister, she might think that she is not as importantjor worthwhile. I think she is suffering now in ways we may never know. I pray for her and Jennifer. May God walk with them "through the valley of death."

Comment: sultry, from my understanding it is a three-family house. Jennifer's mother lived in one apartment, Jason either lived with her or in the second apartment, and Julia, Julian and Balfour at one time lived in the third apartment until Jennifer's mother and brother kicked Balfour out. I still fail to understand how a school bus driver would be driving her school bus on a school holiday, although it is possible administrative offices might have been open. Unlikely, but possible. I will reserve my judgment as to whether or not Julia was involved until more of the real story is revealed. Right now there are so many rumors and contradictions until I don't believe anything I hear. I do believe Julia made a very bad choice in Balfour. Someone mentioned that Julia's hair was too neat, but I noticed from her first appearance that she is wearing a wig. No telling how it looks underneath that wig -- could be just another hot mess. I am awaiting the medical examiner's findings as to how long Julian was dead before they found his body. With current forensics, they should be able to pinpoint his death to within a matter of hours. This will no doubt help with the timeline. As far as Balfour's girlfriend is concerned, the police have already caught her in a lie. His mother, the enabler, has also been caught in a lie as to where Balfour was according to the present timeline. Balfour's father is presently doing time. I would like to know why he's serving time. However, when all is said and done and Julia professes that Julian is now protecting her, my question to her is why didn't she do a better job of protecting Julian.

I'm sure Jennifer is being comforted by her fiancee,David and his family who also reside in Illinois. It's sad to say, but if I was Jennifer, I'd probably want Julia to stay away from me for awhile/maybe for good. I believe with all my heart that Julia Hudson had issues, with all of her family members, including her own son. Go back and listen to her press conference and some clues about this are in there. She admitted in that conference that Julian hardly wanted to spend time with her and how he only wanted to be with her mother.Why is that,what kind of mother was Julia to her own son. I pray that Jennifer goes on to the blessings, that God has for her and her future family/career and try to hang on to the goodtimes, she shared with her now deceased family.Her loved ones may be gone now, but they will never ever be forgotten !
