Comment: U hit it right on the mark Harris...
See GOD is in control and we may fool man but if GOD is not pleased with how we are living he will get your attention and if you refuse to listen just like a parent he will step in with his own dicipline... I know from personal experience , You dont want the LORD to give you a whoppin cause his spanking will hurt much worse than what could come from man. GOD will humble you take away everything he gave you if that is what it takes to get your attention and GOD is no respecter of persons he will do this .... Trust me it this happens it will be a lesson you will never forget!

Comment: This situation is the very reason why I don't trust him or his wife! Neither bothered to back up, be still and square away their problems and debt. Both raced back to preach but the part that absolutely boggles my mind are the 1600 that followed. Do they not realize that this man, nor his wife are in any position to lead? I damn sure wouldn't want either of these fraudulent crooks preaching to me. This proves that the jonestown mentality still exists - people better wake up to these broke down false prophets!

Comment: OK...the folks who chose to stay and follow the Bishop or the um prophetess, makes us understand how folks followed Jim Jones. When you are confronted with blatant dishonesty such as what Weeks and Bynums have been (not paying your bills is stealing) but you chose to listen to them as a leader is amazing. How can they lead and guide folks when they themselves are so far off the mark it is not even funny. Sad on so many levels.

Comment: This has nothing to do with God. His financial problem is a result of hisself and failed marriage. Stop saying God had something to do with this. Tired azz religious people. You have control of yourself.

Comment: This is the kind of junk that just gives church and religion a bad name. I have to seriously wonder about the mentality of those 1600 sheep following this man.

Comment: somma us accept that every aspect of what we do with our free will [control of ourselves] flows from our relationship to or with GOD [or the Creator by whatever you name The Spirit] - Name: Mas90 Comment: This has nothing to do with God . . . . this is not a GOD fight, believe or not, it's your free will choice

Comment: Yes I agree he had the free will and did whatever he want and he got himself in trouble but again I state my claim that God doesn't love ugly...point blank, it is what it is. Like it or not God ain't nothing to play with. Go ahead and think what u want but when u out here doing wrong, scheming and conniving and playing with Him, expect for nothing good coming to yourself. God is sovereign of this world and he does have the last say. And yes, I am a believer and have witness it myself. So kick rocks and get some God in yo life talking what u don't know which is pure 100% garbage.

Comment: Mas90- As others have said, it is ridiculous to think that God isn't involved in every aspect of your life. He is. He tells you what to do - if you are in communication with him - and it is your free will to follow Him or do otherwise. If you aren't in communication w/God through prayer, He can't guide you, now can he? But whether you are in connection with God or not - either way, there are consequences. If you have a relationship w/God, He will guide you. If you don't, He can't talk to you, now can He? It's like having a mentor or a professor guide you through your studies. He/she is there for you to use if you call/e-mail him/her. He/she can tell you best how to write the paper/complete the project IF you contact the professor. If you don't and you write a crappy paper/do a crappy project, it's on you but you had the option all along of contacting the professor. If you DO use the professor as he/she tells you to and follwo the instruction, you'll do well in the class. That's how it is in life when you have a connection to God. It's funny to me how people like you always want to have a conversation w/God when something serious happens but in your regular day-to-day you act like God ain't there. He is there. You just aren't calling Him. Folks like me, we communicate with Him daily and are guided as such. This dude - clearly he's doing things his way and these are his consequences.
