Comment: I'm going to fess up. I caught a marathon of this show the other day, only stopped on that channel because I had heard so much about it, and I admit I did find it entertaining. I didn't catch the finale and I probably won't be setting my schedule around watching it in the future, but just for some relief from serious politics and news, it's a cool train-wreck kind of a show, lol. I find all the characters shallow but interesting, but the one who's story intrigues me most is the lady married to Ed Hartwell. She seems the most "together" but I know there's more there than meets the eye because she doesn't have custody of her sons with Keith Sweat, which says to me, that everything that glitters ain't gold. I just find this curious...

Comment: TGen, does Lisa Wu Hartwell not have custody at all or do they have shared custody? <> PLEASE bring 'em back for another season! Kim can be replaced (please!)...and she can take Sheree with her. But...awww heck... Give NeNe and Dwight their own show!

Comment: Katgrrl, Keith has custody but I think Lisa gets to see them every other week or something. I'm just wondering why they were given to their dad and not their mom. I read somewhere that Keith says he will not trash her in public so the truth may never come out, but my nosey side wants to know, lol.

Comment: i too have to admit, i have gone to the other side with this show. it is good. it's juicy, it's funny, it makes you say, WHATDAHEYELL??? lol! but chile, when those hefas wore those hats!! they were working it. they made me want to buy some hats! but i really like this show. i too hope it will come back for another season. but i'm also looking forward to seeing those botoxed hefas, the real housewives of orange county.

Comment: I remember when they did a sort of 'dry run' of the show before they began a regular season and it was very good! I watched off and on throughout the months and now when I try to catch one of the shows,it seems to be a repeat. the last one I saw was the show of Sheree's non-fashion show and Ne-Ne and her gay friend were talking about her while they were getting their toes done! Hilarious! I have to admit, each one brings something to the show and I liked each one! Let's hope they do another season of the Atlanta one! I didn't watch the NY show and I also really, really loved the OC show!! I started with that one and it was very entertaining!! I didn't want to watch the NY show (and didn't) because I thought it wouldn't be like the OC show so I missed the whole season of the NY show but caught the ATL show and loved that one! (Whew! that was a mouthful!!)

Comment: I aint going to lie - I had to watch this show to see what was all the fuss.... and dam!!!! Sheree is fine as hell and I do love NeNe (reminds me of the sisters in Alabama!) I think Kim (wannabe country singer) needs to sit that azz down! "Who in the hell told her she could sing"? DeShawn, seems like a really nice sister and I think Lisa is smoking hott and very business oriented! So, as a straight man -> I found this show to be entertaining, but I don't want people <society> to think my people are money-hungry and shallow! I thought it was a great idea to showcase the ladies with their charity functions. So, for Bravo to have a show with my peeps on tv... I am hella happy!As long as my sisters aren't being portrayed as prostitutes, druggies, hootchie mama's and maids, then I am all for it!

Katgrrrl ITA please replace the white girl - I don't know why they couldn't find another golddiggin' black girl instead of the trailor park Kim fakin' and frontin' and she lost big poppa (he was married!). I hope chef teaches DeShawn how to cook - she looked and sounded silly not knowing the way around her own kitchen and fridge!

Comment: Have you guys watched the clips on Bravo??? That finale is going to be very interesting. Several tidbits from the clips: 1) Kim supposedly had cancer but she really didn't???? This was her explanation for her rather large hair. You have to watch the clip to hear her explanation. 2) Kim calls Nene a *itch (totally uncalled for and I bet she would not have done it if they were alone) 3) At the time of the infamous birthday party, Lisa had never met NeNe (I always knew they weren't all friends). It seems like people are questioning Lisa's custody of her children. Well, I read on another website that Kim's description of Lisa as a "crack whore" or something like that may not be so far from the truth (I guess something in her past resulting in her not having custody of her children). Not saying it's true but things seem to make a little more sense.

Comment: O.k. I read a little about what Kim said specifically on the Essence website (didn't read anything about why she does not have custody of her children though). I work with children and when they become upset about what someone has said about them I always ask them "is it true??" and of course they always respond no. So I said that to say if someone says something about you and it's not true why would you respond in such a negative way??? It's when you become upset that people start to question if there is some validity to it (everyone know this). Who gives a flying @$#%^ what Kim (out of all people) has to say about them. The issues all these women have experienced stemmed from them being unable to CIVILY confront someone with what was supposedly said. I can understand this type of behavior from children but from 30 and 40 somethings ...very immature.

If I could say one thing to Lisa, it would consist of 3 words: Consider. The. Source. I'm lookin' forward to the reunion show. In the commercial, they showed NeNe tellin' Kim to keep her legs closed to married men! NeNe's my girl, hahahaaaa! Kim said something last week 'bout NeNe'd better not say anything to her "cos she'd get her a$$ beat first" or something like that. By whom? What's Kim gon' do? Sic Sheree on her? It sho' ain't gon' be Kim whoopin' nobody's a$$...unless her dastardly plan is to country hum NeNe to death.
