Comment: thank goodness they cancelled pushing daisies because that show was/is stupid about a man who have powers to bring the dead back to life to get the info on how they died and have the power for them to be dead again. BULLOCKS!!

Comment: And Life on Mars is still running? Go figure. Pushing Daisies is really pretty good, as is Eli and DSM. But Life on Mars? Wow.

Comment: Pushing Daisies is an excellent show with DSM a close on its heels. Too many people slept on that. I'm be sad/angry to see it go. It was one of the best things I've seen McBride do in a long time. Talk about comedic talent. I'l be peeping for that on dvd. Yet "The Mentalist" is still airing? *scratching scalp* SMH

Comment: Yea I caught Pushing Daisies several times and enjoyed it's quirkiness. I think it lost it's momentum last year when it went off the air during the writer's strike. Haven't had the pleasure of viewing any of the other shows. Speaking of quirky shows, what happened to Dexter??? I know it's a HBO/Cinemax show but it was airing on CBS last year (is it still on HBO/Cinemax??)

Comment: Rsmi-- U hit the nail on the head about Daisies. The writers strike contributed to its demise. Really a shame.

Comment: DARN, there goes two of my fav shows already. Now I'll have to find something to do on Tuesdays at 10 and Wednesdays at 8. Blast that writers strike!!! Its effects are still being felt a year later!!!

Comment: AWWWWWW heyell no!! Pushing daisies?!?!?! That was one of the few new shows I really got hooked on. I don't have cable, so I guess it's back to TvLand.

Name: Big10
Comment: Hopefully Pushing Daises can resurface somewhere else. It would make a nice collectors item on DVD. I like Life on mars, but in the beginning it was being advertised as "The return of Lisa Bonet" (as if anybody really gave a damn) her role is virtually non existent. What happened with that?

Name: Big10
Comment: nightshift, if you don't have cable, how do you watch TV Land?

Comment: Sorry I never got a chance to see any of these shows.>RSmi-"Dexter" is on Showtime, new episodes are on Sundays at 9pm.Repeats all week long.I'm kind of a little pis.sed with them right now because they killed off the Black(Doakes) guy from last season who used to get into Dexters sh_t.But Jimmy Smits is starring this season.I guess I'll catch the repeat marathon they always have.Peace and Blessings!

Comment: Big10, sorry I do have a cable package, I meant I don't get HBO, Cinemax etc, ya know?

Name: RSmi
Comment: @Stellababy5...you're kidding...they killed the good looking brother??? I'm %*$!ed now too.

Comment: I am pizzed about DSM being taken off the air. It had a bad time slot though and should have come on after Grey's Anatomy for prime ratings. Its as if they didn't give it a chance. NOt only was Blair Underwood good on that show, Donald Sutherland was the BOMB as Tripp Darling.

Name: RSmi
Comment: O.K. I didn't know pis.sed is swear word now???

Name: Muzak
Comment: I agree with you Donald Sutherland played that roll as Tripp Darling. I hate to see "Dirty Sexy Money" go. The networks screwed it up. When the writers strike ended. They should have continued to show the season's of shows. No they decided to wait until September to show the previous season shows. with gas prices as high as they were. People was staying home watching reruns of TV shows. This is when the iron was hot for season shows. The networks missed out on a golden opportunity. They really need to update their business model. When it comes to new shows. This is exactly why the cable network shows are killing them in the market.

Comment: See, this is why i hate non-cable networks, they never give anything worth while a chance. I knew they had canceled "Pushing Daisies", but to make matters worse, their now canceling "Dirty Sexy Money" ????????????????????? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyy !!!!!!! Oh well, i needed to catch up on some reading, anyway. Hollywood sucks !!!!!!!
