Comment: LMAO @ Mas - You are just jealous!! You can buy a 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom (inside bathrooms, negro) house in Atlanta for what it would cost you to buy a one bedroom condo in LA. I prefer being able to actually own something (with a normal mortgage and not some risky mortgage to bring the payments down to a point where normal folks can actually pay but require you to pray you can refinance 50 times right before the rate resets) and still be able to pay the rest of my bills AND hang out without running up a credit card pass the point that I can pay at the end of the month, WHILE being laid off. We may be country, but our foreclosure rate is no where near you "sophisticated" city folk. LOL
