Comment: Ohhh shyt!!! A "YEAR" in prison for driving drunk and with a blood alcohol content of .20??? Don't get me wrong. You probably wouldn't find someone more against drunk drivers than myself, but did something else happen during his drunk driving? I don't think I've heard of a punishment this severe for drunk driving unless someone was injured or killed. If I had my way, ALL drunk drivers should serve a year! At the minimum. Take that...!

Comment: Was this his first arrest? It couldn't be, not with a 1 year sentence. If so that's extreme and I wouldn't be surprised if the case was thrown out if he appeals.
