Comment: I tired to see this movie Friday afternoon but it was sold out, glad for TD Jakes and Bill Duke. What I did see was Revolutionary Road and I highly recommend it. The most fascinating, REAL, commentary on relationships, and individuals in relationships...how they grow, how they crumble, and the facade that can sometimes keep one from facing that reality. The house and picket fence is not for everybody. I would encourage everybody...single, involved, engaged or married to see this film....especially men!!!!

Comment: TEIGH>yeah, i heard that movie was good. what's that actress name who played in it with Leanardo DiCraprio? she won a golden globe last night.

Comment: Kate Winslet..I've never seen a film honestly depict what's really in the minds of men (and it wasn't negative it was just REAL). Leo and Kate are truly the dynamic duo on screen. Sam Mendes (director) is no joke either.

Comment: Wow -- "Not Easily Broken" didn't even make the Top 10 box office receipts this past weekend. I did go and see it, though...

Comment: This movie is mediocre. There is too much profanity to be a Christian movie. I am very disappointed in Bishop Jakes. Tyler Perry puts more God and less profanity in movies than the bishop did. People can definitely wait to see this on dvd. Sorry for being honest.Only two theaters were showing the movie and they still gave it a small theater. God will not bless stuff like this with all of the foul profanity.

Comment: I saw the movie and it was average at best. It fell into the same old story lines we have seen before with a possible affair with a white women. Tyler Perry's movies have more freshness and purpose. This is truly a DVD movie. Please read the book - it's so much better.

Comment: i have not seen this movie yet, i would probally wait for the DVD to come out. Teraji is good actress, but my favorite black actress is Jennifer Lewis. if i did go to see this movie, it will be because of her.

Comment: Jennifer Lewis was the star, IMO. I can understand the message that the movie was trying to send, but I expected better from Director Bill Duke. This movie reminds me of Spike Lee's earlier movies -- just didn't "flow right", couldn't understand why some scenes were included, why didn't he expand more on others, typical stereotypes with certain characters, why bother including the White Girl chick, etc., etc., etc. Just my 2 cents that I could had saved & waited for the DVD.

Comment: I saw the movie Friday night and enjoyed it. TD Jakes was involved, so you knew a message was coming, and I thought the movie did a good job of entertaining you without beating you over the head with its sermon.
