Deputy District Attorney Paul Nunez says 30-year-old Marlo Jones was charged Tuesday with one felony count each of robbery and first-degree burglary. Jones and several other suspects are accused in the choking of rapper Byron McCane - also known as Bizzy Bone - in his hotel room and the theft of his jewelry on Jan. 5. Jones is listed as working for a subcontractor under a Los Angeles gang-intervention program. Authorities say he was immediately terminated from the position. He is being held in lieu of $300,000 bail. His arraignment is pending
