Comment: I hope he does Ed Bradley proud.

Comment: You got that right. I was just getting ready to write "60 Minutes" & "CBS" about not having an African-American jounalist on it's weekly show. I haven't been watching it as much sense. "Ed Bradley" passed away. I just recently started watching it. But I noticed they didn't have a African-American journalist on the show. When Ed Bradley was alive, I use to watch "60 Minutes" every week. "Ed Bradley" was my favorite Tv journalist. I think "Byron Pitts" will be a excellent addition to the show. I've seen him on "CBS Evening News" the brother is a really good journalist. I think he would do "ED BRADLEY" proud. This is the "Obama" effect that I was expecting. In the immortal words of George Jefferson..."Well We Movin On Up." (lol)

Comment: I'm not surprised that he is the lone African American journalist on 60 minutes. It has always been that way for as long as I remember. I remember Ed Bradley, there was another darker skinned dude and the lady with one big eye and one little eye.
