Comment: As I've said many times before, church folk or those calling themselves ministers who intentionally and blatantly sin are not the majority, nor are they a surprise to God. The Bible itself teaches us that there will be some: (Timothy 2:20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor.) and (Matthew 13:24-30 Another parable He (Jesus) put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; 25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. 27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.) This is why the Bible teaches us to study the Bible for ourselves so that if we are under erroneous ministry, we will know it and move on if the minister does not repent and get right with God. (2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.) It's up to us to know the word of God for ourselves, to stand bold in it, fearing no man and to not be deceived by the tricks of the devil. Bottom line, read your Bible.

Comment: kevobx12 - your interpretation is wrong. Church is not evil in the eyes of God. WE ARE THE CHURCH. Church is not a building it is God's people. Early christians would have been shocked to see that we refer to buildings as the "church". It's like referring to your house as the "family" when the family is compprised of people. Women can speak in the company of men. Please re-read the scripture. Paul was admonishing women who were having conversations while the word was going forth. He said if they can't be quiet then they should not speak. You have a misinformed view of God's word and are in spiritual bondage.
