THEY?! What does his wife have to do with it and why must she show support for him for anyone to grant forgiveness?!
Mrs. Sandford did what a lot of women do - left his behind swinging in the wind! He made all these decisions knowing full well that he was married and could very well be caught. Let him apologize and keep apologizing but I don't blame her one bit for not standing beside him. She's been publicly embarrassed enough.
