Comment: The BET Awards show was horrible and Jamie Foxx was an idiot. New Edition was off key and they sounded horrible. There was a lot of profanity by many hood rat artists. I am going to called Debra Lee at BET this morning here in Washington and let her know how awful and trashy this show was. Why wasn't Diana Ross, Gladys Knight, Smokey Robinson, etc. artists with class not on this show? Black people need to wake up and stop acting like baffoons to white America and other ethnic groups. As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc., I was ashamed for the Jackson family for watching this garbage. I turned to HBO to see "True Blood".

Comment: bullcity73 & highlife I totally agree with you. The show was garbarge! They could have done much better. That Drake & Lil Wayne performance could have been eliminated completedly. New Edition should have stayed home. I don't know if it was the acoustics or if folks just cannot sing but it was painful to watch. Although I must commend NeYo for giving an excellent tribute performance, he was probably the only one who hit the mark.
