Comment: Many of us have been unjustly accused of something or another at one time. First of all, Jesse Jackson is not an attorney or private investigator, so if I were Dr. Murray I would give less than a damn about what he says. And if he's innocent he should fully cooperate with the authorities and hopefully be exonerated.

Comment: Jazzfan, I agree totally, but you know some people are just going to be dumb for being dumb. They should really look into what Michael was taking just to get up in the morning and go to sleep at night. They took alot of medicine from his home yesterday and its no telling what he took before going to bed. Hopefully for the sake of the doctor, he didn't give him any medicine or presribed nothing to him. Just because he was there doesn't mean that he did anything wrong.

Comment: Agree with both posts and the article for the most part. What I hate most is that for "others" Murray may carry the banner for Meharry. "Others" will think he, being unlicensced and suspect in his actions, is indicative of the pool of doctors Meharry turns out and that couldn't be further from the truth. I hope Meharry doesn't take a hit because of Murray's infamy. I hope "others" don't frown upon it so much that potential Black doctors decide to not go there anymore. *sigh* What a slippery slope of a mess this is.

Comment: It's horrible that one could dedicate their lives/career to enhancing/saving lives and have to constantly dodge these types of arrows.

Comment: I don't know if he's guilty or not. But I damn sure wouldn't seek out his services after this.

Comment: I immediately saw this coming. Be it Dr. Murray or Dr. Seuss, ANY doctor in the home at the time of death of such a huge star would be suspect. I have so many questions about his involvement; none of which imply he did anything wrong. I've read that he moved into Jackson's home only two weeks ago. We don't know how long he has been treating Michael. It sounds like Michael sought out a number of doctors for his prescriptions--including his friend, Deepok Chopra. I hope Murray doesn't become the scapegoat. It is particularly hard seeing as he is a brother. The truth may come out eventually, but will we know what it is when its right in front of our face? There are a lot of stories out there. Have you guys read the one in today's EUR under "other news" called PRYOR'S THOUGHTS? Pryor is the journalist who wrote that article standing up for Michael in 2003. From today's story it seems she and her family had a personal connection to the Jacksons. Check it out.
