Comment: I don't blame the parents for protesting this. A number of years ago they tried to do this in New York. I took a gander at the curriculum. They had books entitled "Daddy's New friend" which had a cover page depicting two men holding each other intimately in a row boat. It was disgusting! They wanted to introduce this to kindergarten kids. This sort of curriculum should not be forced on parents.

Comment: Good posts!
When we let the white atheist woman from one of the middle states launch a campaign that would ultimately take prayer out of school - it just opened the door for satan to stroll on through. If the school system in San Francisco is having problems with kids teasing other kids they only have to get back to teaching them to treat others like you want to be treated and that should be reinforced at home. There is no need for a gay curriculum and especially since the majority don't want it.
I will be damned if I want anyone explaining to my child why another has two mothers or two fathers or why Jimmy swishes or Jane dresses like a boy. They have plenty enough time in life to learn about all the differences we have without the board clouding the mind of kindergarten age kids.
