Comment: Good Morning fam! NYE, I think that part that f's me up about the governor is that that he said publicly that his mistress was his soulmate and he was 'trying' to fall back in love with his wife. That gets a huge WTF from me!! I know his wife is devastated!!

Comment: letmein, I'm sure his wife is devastated but I had believed her to be a very strong woman whose faith would sustain her through this...however, I was disappointed when I read her statement but I'm not married to the guy and can't imagine being in her shoes but she is willing to forgive and give him a 2nd chance...here is an excerpt from her statement - "I believe wholeheartedly in the sanctity, dignity and importance of the institution of marriage. Ibelieve that has been consistently reflected in my actions. When I found out about my husband's infidelity I worked immediately to first seek reconciliation through forgiveness, and then to work diligently to repair our marriage. We reached a point where I felt it was important to look my sons in the eyes and maintain my dignity, self-respect, and my basic sense of right and wrong. I therefore asked my husband to leave two weeks ago.

Let It Go (Part 1)
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. (Isaiah 43:18 NIV)
What do you do when your memory drags the 'there and then' into the 'here and now,' immersing you in the same old pain? The Bible answers, 'Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?' Your past can infect your present and influence your future unless you decide to let it go. For the next few days, let's think about it.
First, let go of what God has forgiven! God's only response to confessed sin is to forgive and forget it. If it comes up again, you, not He, brought it up. 'If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us… and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9). Two things make letting go difficult.
1) Your feelings. 'I just don't feel forgiven!' you say. You're forgiven by God's grace obtained through Christ's sacrifice - regardless of emotions. Don't wait to feel it before you accept it; accept it and you'll start to feel it!
2) A wrong concept of God. You say, 'My dad says he forgives me, but each time I fail all my old offenses are thrown in my face again.' Your heavenly Father doesn't operate that way. 'I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more' (Isaiah 43:25 NIV). God doesn't bring them up; because He doesn't remember them. All your sins were judged and paid for at Calvary. Once confessed, you'll never again be charged with them, so rejoice and let them go. The Court of Heaven has ruled you 'not guilty.' Comment: I posted on the Diana Ross board, but Matt Lauer is at Neverland Ranch and he is giving a tour of the main house. It is very gothic looking. Almost like a castle with heavy woods, iron, brick and copper. But there are the old school touches, like the all cedar closet, which you will not see on any Cribs show.

Comment: I agree about the SC gov. He was the main one pushing for Clinton's pardon. Flyte, wasn't that statement released only a few days after it was revealed he was in Argentina with his mistress? From my understanding, he told her the affair was over. She had no idea he was still carrying on a relationship with that woman. She found out about the relationship still going on when we found out. The way she said "his career is not a concern to mine" last week makes me think she's not willingly to work on their marriage. But who knows. She fool me b/c I was just saying she's more hardcore than the other women. lol

Comment: Creene, I've always had layers but this time they're shorter and chunkier and she took some length off the back. The chick in the chair before me had the most gorgeous hair I've ever seen but it was a shorter haircut... stopped right past her ears. My hair is too straight to ever get mine cut that short since it won't hold curls very long.

My bullmutherfucking car wouldn't start this morning. It would act like it wanted to start but wouldn't turn over. Comment: Lovely...I don't like my acutal hair. I got a relaxer and a body wrap. I don't know if it was the stuff she used to wrap it but I hate how it feels and to me it really doesn't ahve body. Does anyone suffer from dry hair? Mine is extremely dry. I need something to help with that. HELP!

Comment: Good Morning Blueberry Muffins & Bacons! *hands lovely an extra large muffin & some slab bacon* It's kinda slow today, I guess everyone is off for the holiday. We have tomorrow off since the 4th is on a saturday. Next year when it's on a sunday, we'll have monday off. I've started back on my weightloss kick. I told y'all I gained 5 lbs in the last 2 months and I ain't gaining another damn OUNCE! I'm starting off walking for at least 30 min. per day, then I wanna eventually end up jogging. I'm tryna get in 5 days per week. There's no more excuses...there's a beautiful park right behind my house! I ain't paying nobody to workout no more, I'm doing it FO' FREE! Yesterday I watched ChoLee and pushed him in the stroller as I walked and he LOVED IT! He's such a good baby:-) Today, I'm looking forward to walking again w/ my bff. Her & I were talking and I told her that I REFUSE to be fat! There's just no more excuses, I'm done. I'm not going on any special kinda diet, I'm just gonna chill on the sweets, no fried foods and no pork. I rarely eat beef, but I do every now & then. It's ON & POPPIN' NOW! Okay, I'm done;-) P.S. Realpeach, you'd betta getcho self up in hurr w/ that strawberry cake recipe!

Comment: Letmein - I agree with Yelley. Sounds like you need a different conditioner or maybe more frequent conditioning (plus you need to drink more water). ALSO, if it doesn't have any body, maybe your hair needs to be stripped of product build-up. YELLEY - I didn't want to be obvious :-) I watched from my bedroom window. He was tearing her @ss UP for a few minutes. 12 - I sure do appreciate that auntie! PEN - I've done it outside quite a few times so I can't even be mad at them. They were trying to be discrete but i still saw them.

Comment: Lovely, I don't know. Letmein, I suffer from dry hair. Moisturize moisturize moisturize is the key! Do not over shampoo your hair. Some days, cowash your hair. With cowashing you only use conditioner to wash your hair. Try Neutrogena's Dry Scalp Moisturizer. It works well on my hair. Anything, try to let your hair air dry.

She had 6 days of chemo with the last two being heavy doses. She's been sick but hungry too. I have to go way down to the ground floor to get something for her because the food they get in the room sucks. GRRRRRRRRRRR at 20 yr olds.

Comment: I told her if she asked one more person when she was getting out I was going to jail for hitting a cancer patient. She has a laptop,cell phone and tv and said she was bored. STFU. Your life is at steak and you have to have some patience. She told the doctor that she couldn't sleep.WTF? I have to sleep on this hard as s cot while she's in the soft bed. I told she was not on vacation and to act like an almost 21 yr old(aug 6th is her 21st b-day). Doctor told her this morning that it will probably be two more weeks. I told her hell she stayed 68 days one time. One month is a cake walk.:)

Heffa told him that it was from all those people waking her up to give her chemo,take her temp and give her food. I told him she thought she was in New Orleans on holiday in stead of being in LSU hosiptal taking every known drug known to man. She does have to take a lot of medicene.

Comment: (CNN) -- A 44-year-old Maryland woman faces charges of child abuse after police say she gave birth in a portable toilet and dropped the newborn into the waste tank.
After exiting the portable toilet in Long Wharf Park in Cambridge, Candy Vigneri got a cigarette from a construction worker and sat at a picnic table, police Lt. Wayne Bromwell said.
As she sat, a male passer-by approached the toilet but Vigneri warned him, "Don't go in there, I just had a baby there," police said.
The man immediately called 911. Vigneri returned to the toilet and retrieved the newborn from the foul liquid at the base of the tank.
The baby was unresponsive and covered with a blue antibacterial chemical agent when emergency responders reached the scene, police said.
Vigneri told officers that she didn't know she was pregnant.
She was arrested Wednesday on charges of child abuse and reckless endangerment and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
The baby is in stable condition at Easton Memorial Hospital. Dorchester County social services will take control of the newborn after she is released from the hospital.

Frank M. Lombard, associate director of the Center for Health Policy at Duke University, has been arrested for allegedly abusing his 5-year-old adopted son and offering him for sex over the internet.
Lombard was caught in a chat with a disguised officer, who engaged in conversation with Lombard on a tip from a "confidential source facing child pornography charges". The source told police they had witnessed a man who appeared to be Lombard sexually abusing the boy on the Internet.
As the officer reports, Lombard told him during their chat that he had performed "multiple sex acts" on the child, offering to let the officer do the same if he went to Lombard's home in Durham, North Carolina.

I'll be working. :-( /Sooo....we might not be going to Paris. :-( Going there was my 21 y.o. sis' idea, but she may not be able to go. She's an amb%*$ador to the president of her school and she may not be able to leave for a week. She's a fashion merchandising major which had a lot to do with her wanting to go to Paris. I don't want to go w/o her. If she can't go then we may just wait until May to go as her graduation gift. I need a backup plan.
