The concert was going to get rave reviews and his upcoming album was gonna probably be off the hook. Ne-Yo was supposed to collaborate with him. That would have been a perfect pair because if you think about it, you can substitute MJs voice in any Ne-Yo song and it would sound right. Ne-Yo would have brought MJs music to today. It would have charted on both the R&B and pop charts. But I guess we'll never know...

Comment: Grace, that greedy bytch wants to take her two children thereby separating them from Blanket. That is so wrong because Blanket has been in Jr. and Paris' life all of their lives. How many fycking times is that piece of dumpy shyt going to sell those poor kids? Joe needs to sit his broke azz pimp self down and be quiet because the more he's in the media talking about we gon' take those kids and give them a good education, etc., the more the deciding judge might rule against him. After all, if it is shown that Joe will be helping to 'raise' Michael's children, the judge just might say to Katherine, you couldn't protect Michael from his father, you are much older now, so how in the h.e.l.l. are you going to protect Michael's children from Joe? I'm telling you Joe is putting the future of the children at risk. No judge in america or for that matter, no person in america, wants Joe around those children. Why did the bytch take out a restraining order against Joe? I didn't know there was any interaction between she and Joe, or for that matter, between she and ANY of the Jacksons, including her kids!

I just hope the Jackson's airing their dirty laundry in the past in public does not come back to bite them in the a$$. Most folks know that Joe lives in Las Vegas BUT the "haters" are saying that being around Joe is not a safe enviroment for MJ's children. Frankly I dont think the family even pays much attention to Joe anymore. Its more of a "Oh shut up and go sit down somewhere Joe..." type of situation

In the words of Gen Hackman in "Enemy of the State", you either incredibly smart or incredibly stupid. I would say somewhere in the middle. True the video is lame, but not or the reasons you are implying. You must not know about performing or rehearsing for a show. It's obvious everybody was going through the motions because the first show was so far away. Plus it was a tech rehearsal where the director was making sure lighting and sound cues were right.

Then after the BET Awards, Jamie told NeYo he should do a remake since he ripped it in the show. Well Al beat him to it.

Comment: I think the greedy heiffer had every intention to seek custody. Her lawyers threw in that restraining order against Joe as leverage/sympathy. The will should stand, and those kids should not be seperated. By the way, at what age is it (in California)that the children can decide who they want to live with? Joe is in his 80's now. Those kids will probably whip his @$$. Michaels mom and the rest of the family wont let Joe do anything to those kids, that should be the least of her worries. Who knows why they chose the Staples Center unless it was to deter large crowds. There would have been no problem filling up the Rose Bowl or the Coloseum for his memorial service because there was reports of people from all over the world showing up.

AEG took out a hefty insurance policy in case Michael Jackson's 50 London concerts fell through -- turns out the policy covered an MJ overdose.
AEG's chief executive Randy Phillips said the $17.5 million insurance policy from Lloyd's of London didn't cover a death from natural causes.
Phillips said the policy would still fall short of the money spent on Jackson's advance, producing the show, covering some of MJ's debts and paying his staff and rent -- which cost between $25 and $30 million

Comment: If a third of the news we are hearing about Michael's drug use (and there have been some credible people speaking out on it), then I don't believe for a minute there was foul play. Any one of the drugs he was allegedly taking could have easily killed him. Now I'm hearing that he traveled with an I.V. and a drip! Michael was a genuis and apparently a tortured soul. Ninety-nine point nine percent of america have no idea, and never will, how Michael lived his life behind closed doors.

Emotional abuse can be worse than physical abuse. From all reports, these three children are well adjusted. Then, what do you propose they do with Blanket? He will miss his brother and sister, as they will miss him. This will just mess them up further, psychologically. If she is actually the biological mother, it's a done deal. And even if she isn't, it will be a close call. Not only will she get her two kids, if they are hers, but also the third one, because the white judge will argue against separating them. And of course, more kids, more money. All of Michael’s millions will be going to a white non-blood relative, just as Hendrix. That's sad. That's sad.

Because I am still in pain at the lost of the most talented Black male, entertainment-wise, original performer whom this country, or for that matter, the world, will ever see again in our lifetimes. I have never, ever, seen an entertainer who possessed half the talent of Michael Jackson. Funny, how I knew that he was 50, physically, but never saw him as a 50-year old man. It never crossed my mind that Michael Jackson would be dead at 50.
