Los Angeles, CA -- Back by popular demand Saturday, September 30th 2006, Bishop Noel Jones, City of Refuge Ministries, Inc., Dorean Edwards and Consultant Entertainment present their 9th Annual Back to School Conference and Concert: "STOP THE VIOLENCE, Think Education & Put God First."
This fun-filled event will be hosted by Chico Benymon, from the cast of "Half & Half", Niele Anderson, on air radio personality from 100.3 The Beat, and Andre Russell, on air radio personality from 102.3 KJLH. The Back to School Conference and Concert will feature workshops, seminars, a Youth Entrepreneurial panel, and a gospel hip-hop concert.
Edwards, a recognized gospel promoter has works tirelessly to provide much needed school items to L.A.'s inner city youth. Although she does not have children, she has nurtured the needs of countless school-aged children providing between 4-5,000 backpakxs or bags of supplies for eight consecutive years for free.
