*It almost seems as if conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh is daring activists to call for his dismissal with last month’s release of a comedy bit entitled “U Da Real Negro Al, Screw Obama.”

In the video clip, available to subscribers to his site, Rev. Al Sharpton is depicted questioning the leadership skills of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama, reports Diversity.inc.

Paul Shanklin, a conservative political satirist known for his impressions of the famous, imitates Sharpton’s voice while a slideshow presents images of Sharpton and Barack pointing out the differences in their 'blackness.'

During the video, Shanklin sings “Barack, the Magic Negro,” a parody of Peter, Paul and Mary’s 1963 song, “Puff, the Magic Dragon.” The suggestion is that Obama’s blackness is manufactured.

The audio [heard in YouTube footage below] aired on Limbaugh's show on March 17, according to columnist Monroe Anderson, whose "Obama Watch" column appears on the Ebony/Jet Web site.
