Joss Stone

      *Singer Joss Stone will promote her latest Virgin album “Introducing Joss Stone” on a 12-city tour through the U.S. from late August through late September.

      The artist kicks off the jaunt on Aug. 27 at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, and hits such cities as Seattle, Las Vegas and Chicago before wrapping Sept. 29 in Kansas City, Miss. at Crossroads. Stone will also dip down into Mexico City for a Sept. 11 show at Vive Cuervo Salon. (See tour itinerary below.)

       Before the August and September string of dates, supported by fellow Brit and up-and-coming singer/songwriter James Morrison, Stone will play sporadic dates through late July, including a Friday (June 8) gig with Common at New York's Central Park Summerstage, reports Billboard.com.
