Damon Wayans

*Damon Wayans is the second comedian to publicly agree with Don Imus in his assessment of the Rutgers women's basketball team as "nappy-headed hoes."

During a visit to "The View" on Wednesday, Wayans was asked his thoughts about the shock jock, who was fired by CBS in April after making the offensive comment, and recently hired by a rival radio station.

"Freedom of speech, what happened to that? What happened to expressing yourself?" said Wayans, questioning the outrage that led to Imus' dismissal.

Wayans later added: "At least I know where he stands. And you know what? When he called them nappy-headed ho's, I went, 'Wow, he's right.'" [View clip here]

The comedian went on to say: "Black people at home are laughing right now. White people are going, 'That's not right!' It's all cultural."

Comedian D.L. Hughley made similar comments about the Scarlet Knight basketball team during an appearance on NBC's "The Tonight Show." He told host Jay Len "They weren't hoes, but there were some nappy-headed women on that team." [View clip here.]

Also during his appearance on "The View," Wayans' was asked about his love life. He told the ladies: "Women today, most women I run into, don't want to do the fundamentals. They don't cook. ... I make the money so she can make something to cook."

Co-host Joy Behar asked: "What if she makes as much money, though, and she says, 'You do the cooking'?"

Wayans replied: "Then we can talk. But I haven't met her. Beyoncé is taken."
