Michael Jordan

*NFL star Ray Lewis is being sued by Arizona promotions company Profession Events, LLC, which claims he never sent paychecks to the hostesses they provided for his Super Bowl party in February. According to TMZ.com, the Baltimore Ravens player promised several times to pay them the $5,780 owed -- but he never did.

*San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker will be the cover athlete and spokesman for EA Sports' videogame NBA Live 09. The avid gamer won an NBA Live 08 tournament against fellow NBA stars at the EA Sports All-Star Challenge last February in New Orleans. “I have a long history with EA Sports. I’ve been on the cover in France for five years straight and I’ve been playing NBA Live for as long as I’ve played basketball,” said Parker. “It’s a real honor for me as a European player to now be represented on the worldwide cover.”

*The New York Post's Page Six says Michael Jordan snubbed a little kid who asked him for an autograph outside of a Miami hotspot. According to the column, His Airness was waiting for valet to bring his car around at the Kobe Club when a little boy approached. "The boy told Michael he was wearing Jordan sneakers and asked him if he could snap his photo," said the spy. "Michael kept walking and got in his car, leaving the kid behind in tears. He was so upset he threw the disposable camera on the ground and broke it."
