The fancy diner, which opened in April 2002 with a bash that included celebs Nicole Kidman, Christian Slater and then-boyfriend Ben Affleck, shut its doors on July 1, according to TMZ.com.
The restaurant, which once employed her ex-husband Ojani Noa as a manager, has a sign posted outside that reads Madres is closed "until further notice."
