*Grammy-nominated R&B singer/songwriter Ledisi will hit the road next month to promote her new album "It's Christmas," a pop, R&B, soul and gospel infused interpretation of holiday standards, plus four original songs co-written by the singer.
The CD includes versions of "What a Wonderful World" featuring trumpeter Christian Scott, "Please Come Home for Christmas" with modern bluesman Keb' Mo', and "What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?" with the Perri Sisters. One of the original tracks, "Be There for Christmas," is streaming at Ledisi's MySpace page.
