*Stage and screen star Phylicia Rashad is the latest member of the Jenny Craig family after signing on as its newest spokeswoman, reports People.com.
"Jenny Craig confirms a new relationship with Phylicia Rashad," said a rep for the company. "We look forward to sharing the details at a press conference in late January."
Rashad, best known as Claire Huxtable on "The Cosby Show," follows in the footsteps of Queen Latifah, Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertinelli who have all been spokeswomen for the weight loss company.
Earlier this week, Rashad, 60, was nominated for a Golden Globe for outstanding lead actress in miniseries for her role in "Raisin in the Sun."
