*Singer/songwriter Tracy Chapman is set to drop her seventh studio album, "Where You Live," on Sept. 13 via Elektra/Atlantic. Bassist Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers appears on the first single "Change,” which currently sits at No. 12 this week on Billboard Radio Monitor's Triple-A chart. A mini U.S. tour is set to begin in early October, with a longer trek planned for 2006.

*Supermodel or not, there are consequences and repercussions when you mess with a Ying Yang’s chicken wings.  According to the New York Post, Rachel Hunter had to be “escorted out” of a VIP room at the Oakley/Blender X-Games party at the Key Club in Hollywood after staffers caught her and four of her homegirls consuming the spicy chicken wings and booze reserved for the Ying Yang Twins, who were special performers.  Once the “indignant” Hunter was off the premises, more wings were ordered and rushed to the venue before Ying Yang finished their set and could act a fool.

*Christina Aguilera was sued last week by songwriter Matt Morris, who claims he has not been paid in full for co-writing five songs on her “Stripped” album: "Underappreciated," "Can't Hold Us Down," "Walk Away," "Infatuation" and "Loving Me 4 Me."  The lawsuit was filed in Nashville's Davidson County Court.

*During his recent Anger Management Tour stop at New York’s Madison Square Gardens, Eminem actually turned his back to the crowd, bent over, dropped his pants and passed gas into a microphone, witnesses told the New York Post. No word if the spectacle was captured by cameras there to record the show for a Showtime concert special to air later this year.

*Reggae artist Sizzla has signed with the Damon Dash Music Group. The artist plans to drop his next album early next year.  He’ll hit the road for a U.S. tour on Aug. 18.

*British tabloids are reporting that Joss Stone popped the question to her boyfriend Beau Dozier, the son of legendary Motown songwriter Lamont Dozier. Friends of the singer tell the Daily Star that the engaged couple won’t get married for another two years because Stone wants to wait until she’s 20.

*Robert Randolph and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler are featured on a new version of Sly & the Family Stone's "I Want to Take You Higher" included on “Different Strokes By Different Folks,” a new 14-song set of Sly & the Family Stone remixes, due Oct. 11 from Epic/Legacy.
