       *Ludacris will drop his second Disturbing Tha Peace Records album, "Ludacris Presents...Disturbing Tha Peace," on Dec. 13. The disc features guest appearances from Jamie Foxx, Redman and Trick Daddy, among others, and will also be available with a limited-edition DVD of music videos. The compilation includes such tracks as "Gettin' Some" by Shawnna, "Table Dance" by Bobby Valentino and "Future Thugs," featuring Ghostface Killah, Redman and Icarus. A video for lead single "Georgia," featuring Jamie Foxx and recently signed Disturbing Tha Peace rappers Field Mob, will debut Friday on the MTV2 special, "Ludacris & Field Mob Make the Video." The DVD features videos "Georgia," "2 Miles an Hour" and "Family Affair," in addition to exclusive versions of the Bobby Valentino videos "Tell Me" and "Angel."

       *The federal money laundering trial of rap mogul Irv "Gotti" Lorenzo and his brother Christopher has been pushed back until Nov. 14 because of last-minute filings by the government, reports Allhiphop.com. Jury selection for the case began on Monday.

      *Broadway star Audra McDonald is set to record her fourth solo album in the coming weeks. The set, due on Nonesuch Records, is tipped to focus on material from songwriters that emerged during the late ‘60s and early ‘70s, including Randy Newman, Laura Nyro and Rufus Wainwright. The disc will also likely include a song or two by McDonald's favorite young musical theatre composers, such as Adam Guettel. No release date has been set.

      *Vanessa Williams, Anita Baker and The Pointer Sisters join 14 other artists who will appear on holiday compilation CDs to be sold exclusively at RadioShack starting this month. The album "Smooth and Soulful Christmas" features the brand new song “Christmas in New York” by The Pointer Sisters, as well as new renditions of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” performed by Patti Austin, “Christmas Morning” and “Peggy Virginia” performed by Al Jarreau, and “Colored With Love” performed by Natalie Cole.  The “Soulful” album also features tracks by Donna Summer, Anita Baker, Take Six, and Fourplay. Each holiday compilation CD is priced at $9.95.
