SPORTS BEAT: Rodman out of Lingerie Bowl; T.O. meets with Denver Broncos coach.

*Dennis Rodman has announced that he has withdrawn from his gig as Commissioner of the Lingerie Bowl due to a sponsorship conflict. An agent for the former NBA star says his spokesman gig with GoldenPalace.com conflicts with a competing online casino that just signed on as the title sponsor of the Lingerie Bowl.

*ESPN.com has confirmed that former Philadelphia Eagle wide receiver Terrell Owens and his agent Drew Rosenhaus flew to Denver Monday and met with Broncos head coach Mike Shanahan. The pow-wow, said to be merely a “get acquainted session,” could be the first move in securing a deal for the troubled player to join the team next season. T.O. is still technically an Eagle, but is likely to be released before the team must pay him bonuses totaling $7.5 million in March.
