*NFL great Jim Brown has been sued by his longtime assistant for wrongful termination, retaliation, and breach of contract, claiming he was fired after refusing to place a wiretap on the telephone of Brown’s estranged wife.

Duane Moody – who has acted as the former athlete’s personal assistant, producer, event coordinator, advisor, and fund raiser for Brown's Amer-I-Can Foundation for more than seven years – says Brown and Amer-I-Can owes him hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary and commissions under the contract he signed with the former Cleveland Browns running back.

Moody also alleges that Brown fired him in part because he attended the Johnny Cochran funeral with O.J. Simpson.

Brown’s former employee is seeking an unspecified amount from Brown and his Amer-I-Can Foundation, including attorneys' fees and punitive damages.
