      *Pumkin and New York, the two ladies who almost came to blows near the end of VH1’s “Flavor of Love,” will face each other for the first time since their spitting incident on a follow-up special called, “Flavor of Love: After the Lovin,” which premieres on April 2 at 8 p.m. All of the hopefuls vying for Flav’s clocks will appear on the program to dish about the season.

       *Wayne Brady will topline the comedy pilot “Flirt” for the new CW network, set to launch this fall in place of the WB and UPN.  Brady will star as the only man working at a women's magazine. The actor also voices characters in the films “The Adventures of Brer Rabbit” and “Foodfight!”

      *Fox’s “Prison Break” has been renewed for a second season, the network announced Tuesday.  Wentworth Miller stars in the suspense drama as an inmate who got himself imprisoned to help break out his falsely accused brother (Dominic Purcell) on Death Row. The plot next season will focus on "unraveling the conspiracy that put the brother in jail, with the inmates traveling around the country," series creator and executive producer Paul Scheuring told Entertainment Weekly. The series returned two weeks ago after a four-month winter hiatus. Monday’s episode drew 10.3 million viewers.

      *As soon as Oprah Winfrey’s stage version of “The Color Purple” opened for business on Broadway, talk of the TV star possibly hosting the 2006 Tony Awards began picking up steam. On Wednesday, all of the whispering came to a screeching halt, as a spokeswoman for the musical announced that Winfrey has no interest in taking over for Hugh Jackman, who has emceed the event for the past three years. The Tonys will be held June 11 at Radio City Music Hall and telecast by CBS. Nominations will be announced May 16.

      *Elsewhere in Oprahland, her daytime talk show won a GLAAD award for a coming-out themed episode titled, "When I Knew I Was Gay." The media watchdog group was formed in New York City in 1985 as a response to biased AIDS coverage by tabloid newspapers and news stations. This year's ceremony took place at New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel and will be televised on gay network Logo on Apr. 15 and VH1 the following day.
