*An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for a member of the rap group D12 after he missed a court date to attend the funeral of his friend and bandmate, Proof.

Swift, whose real name is Ondre Moore, was supposed to appear at a hearing on whether he violated terms of his probation stemming from a drunken driving arrest. Since pleading guilty to the charge in October 2005, Moore has twice tested positive for drugs and alcohol and has spent several days in jail.

Judge Brian MacKenzie waited until 4:15 p.m. for Swift to show up before issuing a bench warrant for his arrest. Meanwhile, the 31-year-old rapper was among the thousands of mourners at Fellowship Chapel Wednesday to bid a final farewell to Proof, who was shot to death April 11 at an after-hours club in Detroit. Swift, along with other D12 members and rapper Eminem, also served as an honorary pallbearer.

"While I recognize the importance of attending a funeral ... there is a requirement that you make some effort to comply with a court order," the judge said during Wednesday’s hearing.

Swift is facing up to 93 days in jail if the judge determines he violated his probation.
