Overcome the paralysis of fear, the isolation of shame and hopelessness and take action. Only the strong survive.
Nothing in life is permanent or guaranteed. Life is precious. Live it well. Let gratitude, hope and love anchor you in peace today. In spite of any changes, suffering or stress in your life and in this world ---it is a choice to rejoice.
