BRASS KNUCKLES NOT A GAME TO POLICE: Compton rapper arrested after cops discover weapons in his vehicle.
*The Game, born Jayceon Taylor, was arrested for possession of a deadly weapon – brass knuckles – while driving through Burbank, California on Saturday.
According to a Burbank Police Department spokesperson, the Compton rapper was pulled over for a traffic violation around 9 p.m. Officers stumbled upon the brass knuckles during a search of his car.
He was released on $20,000 bail and is due in court in approximately 30 days.
The incident is The Game’s latest in a string of run-ins with the law. In April, an arrest warrant was issued for the rapper in Greensboro, North Carolina, after he missed a court date relating to disorderly conduct and resisting-arrest charges from October.
He was also hit last month with a lawsuit, along with Snoop Dogg, by a fan who claims he was beaten up by the rappers' crew after jumping on stage during a concert.
