EX-FELON/DRUG DEALER TURNS FASHION DESIGNER AND AUTHOR: His 'Gangster Affiliated' Brand Accentuates The Positive

    Los Angeles, CA - On January 2, 2002, after serving 12 years of a 13 year Federal prison sentence for Continuing Criminal Enterprise, Distribution of Cocaine into the United States and Money Laundering. Byron Davenport, a Los Angeles native was released and was determined to never go back.

     Six months later in June he scraped together enough money to design 10 t-shirts and launched his brand Gangster Affiliated.

     By August 2004, Byron had made more than enough money to buy himself a home and pay the hefty $10,000 registration fee to exhibit Gangster Affiliated to the world at Las Vegas' MAGIC fashion tradeshow.

     What makes this brand unique is first its name. It's strong, catchy, tough and direct and the urban community instantly identifies with it by just its name. The word Gangster is a popular word in the hip hop community. You hear it from kids to young adults to rappers, it always has and always will be a hip thing among our young people. The other unique thing about this brand is it does not endorse, condone or validate violence in anyway, shape or form as one may assume. In fact, the graphic designs of the  t-shirts boast encouraging, motivating slogans and statements such as
