*Consider Foxy Brown officially warned. After the rapper failed to show up in Criminal Court Monday for a hearing on her nail salon assault case, the judge said she won’t hesitate to issue an arrest warrant and throw her little Ill Na Na in jail.

"I don't take this kindly," said Judge Melissa C. Jackson. "I don't believe she is incapable of being here."

Brown’s attorney, Frank Rothman, said the artist was recovering at home from a dental procedure and would definitely be in court today.

"She's showing no disrespect," he told the judge.

Judge Jackson rejected a motion by Brown to withdraw her guilty plea and announced that her sentencing would be held today. If Brown fails to show up again today, the judge said, a plea deal sparing her jail time would be voided and she would be sentenced to a year behind bars.

In the nail salon case, prosecutors said she kicked one employee and smacked a second in the face in an argument over payment for a manicure in 2004. Brown agreed to a plea deal, which calls for three years’ probation and anger management courses. But Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, later claimed she had made the deal under duress and had asked the judge to have it withdrawn.

"I find her plea was entered voluntarily," the judge said Monday.
