Los Angeles, CA -- Platinum producer Bosko Kante adds Hip-Hop industry newcomer Kevin Federline to his list of all-star clients. The multi-talented maestro produced and performed the vocals on "K. Fed's" first single, "Privilege."

The two recently performed the escalating hit on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and received rave reviews. Federline's debut album, Playing With Fire, is scheduled to drop Tuesday, October 31st.

According to Bosko working with Federline was a good experience. "I didn't know what to expect when I met Kevin because of all the negative reports in the tabloids.  He turned out to be a really cool guy. He is serious about his music and also has lots of talent.  We got to work and produced a couple of hits," says Bosko.

The two were introduced by one of the engineers at Bosko's independent label, Jus' Family Records.  The meeting yielded two songs for the album.  The second is called "Crazy" and features Federline's pop princess wife, Britney Spears. Bosko will also do production on her upcoming album.

Jay Leno and Bosko

Bosko has been producing for 10 years and has over 8 million dollars in record sales to his credit.  He has worked with multi-platinum artists such as Kanye West, Tupac, E-40, Lil Jon, Limp Biskit, Lil' Kim, Tyrese, The Hot Boyz, Too Short, Trick Daddy and T.I.

Born in Ghana but raised in Portland, Oregon, Bosko could be considered a renaissance man of the music industry. The talented 27-year-old composes, plays multiple instruments, sings, raps, produces, engineers and mixes.  His smooth vocals and talk-box ability have been featured on many songs.  He even appears regularly on LA's top radio station, Power 106 FM, with popular on-air personality DJ Felli Fel who's album he produced as well.  Soon Bosko's transformation from producer to upfront-artist will come full-circle with the release of his first solo project.

"As time went on I began doing more and more work on the mic. I've always considered myself an artist, but I finally decided it was time step into the limelight and start producing songs for myself. In my music I try to embrace everyday topics that don't often get discussed in music," says the platinum producer.  "Plus, I'm a musician and I pride myself on creating memorable melodies. The album will fuse Hip Hop & Soul and I'm excited about the possibilities it will allow me to explore.  It's gonna be unlike anything out there."
