*Notorious anti-Bush billionaire Donald Trump unleashed his frustration toward the administration’s two biggest stars during a speech Monday night at New York’s Javitz Center. Addressing about 8,000 people at the Learning Annex Real Estate & Wealth Expo, Trump targeted outgoing Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and current Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, accusing them of ineffective leadership. "Condoleezza Rice, she's a lovely woman, but I think she's a b****," Trump said to wild applause, according to the New York Daily News. "She goes around to other countries and other nations, negotiates with their leaders, comes back and nothing ever happens." Regarding Rumsfeld, Trump said: "You look at Rumsfeld and we spend $900 million a year, and arms and legs and lives are wasted. You look at all this and you ask what kind of government is this?" Trump’s point in bringing up politics at a lecture about business? "If you don't have smart people running the government, then good entrepreneurship will get you nowhere," he said. Speak Out
