*Comedian Damon Wayans was scheduled to return to the Laugh Factory Thursday night, even though he was banned from the stage last month for saying the N-word 16 times against club policy.

The rule was imposed after “Seinfeld” star Michael Richards used the word in November to berate several black audience members during his comedy set.

In response to the uproar and pressure from civil rights groups, Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada [pronounced muh-SAH-duh] said comics who use the N-word would be fined and banned from performing at the venue.

Nevertheless, Masada gave Wayans a "Get Out of Ban Free" card for Thursday night so that he can perform for an event billed as “All Star Week.”
