CLEVELAND’S KING JAMES EXPECTING SECOND CHILD: LeBron’s girlfriend is pregnant; baby due in June.
*Before suiting up against the New Orleans Hornets Monday night, Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James told reporters that he and his girlfriend, Savannah Brinson, are expecting their second child in June.
“On June 17, I think,” LeBron said with a laugh. “Don't ask the daddy, ask the mama.”
The new bundle of joy will join the couple's first son, 2-year-old LeBron James Jr., who has become a courtside fixture at his daddy’s home games.
The 22-year-old NBA star, who was raised by his single mother, said fatherhood has had a positive impact on his life.
“It has definitely changed me,” he said. “It's more responsibility, there's the carrying on of the name. It's not letting my son down or my other son. Just carrying on the James name and being respectful of my family, that's the most important thing for me.”
