EBANKS TRASHED BY EX: Man says he was still dating model when she flew to Vegas with Cannon; her lawyer says man is obsessive jilted lover.
*A man claiming to be the ex-boyfriend and former manager of Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks says the two were still dating when she jetted off to Las Vegas earlier this month with new flame, Nick Cannon.
According to TMZ.com, Marc Chamblin had been managing Ebanks’ career for more than a year when she fired him several months ago, telling him, "I don't want to date you and have you be my manager. I just want to date you."
Chamblin, who has two children with stylist June Ambrose, tells the Web site he spent Valentine’s Day with Ebanks and gave her $15,000 worth of gifts from Cartier and Tiffany before she flew to Sin City. He also claims she was dating a third man at the time, Tad Kornegay of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Canadian Football League team.
"She told me over the phone that she is doing this for press and she is sorry," Chamblin said in an e-mail to TMZ. "I met her on the set of a Kanye West video through my ex, June. She is a home wrecker, as far as June is concerned. She pretended to be June's friend to get to me.”
Meanwhile, TMZ quotes an attorney for Ebanks who writes off Chamblin as “an obsessive, jilted lover who can't let her go.”
